❌ Right of Withdrawal
All products sold on Musnoc.com are made exclusively on demand, through a printing process that takes place only after the order has been confirmed. These items do not physically exist before purchase and are created with original, non-generic designs, making each product unique and unresellable without loss of value.
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
Therefore, the customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after purchase, even if the design was not directly chosen, since the product is still personalized and made to order.
We invite you to carefully check the size, color, and design before completing your order.
🧾 Defective Products
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The following are excluded from the claim:
• Minor variations in color, shape, or size due to the printing process
• Minor differences from the graphic preview
In the event of a recognized defect, we can offer:

🔁 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed, as they go into production immediately. Cancellation is possible only if shipment has not occurred within 30 days of the expected date.
🛡️ Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for defects of conformity, as required by current legislation.
The warranty does not cover:
• Wear and tear
• Improper use
• Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., change of mind, wrong size)
